From payment an email will be sent with confirmation of whether the item is in stock. If the item needs to be made or made to your ring measurements, please allow 7-9 days on top of postal delivery.
All Jiwa orders require a signature upon delivery. Customers must therefore provide an address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express service. Domestic orders over AUD $200 will receive free express delivery within Australia.

International orders are shipped via DHL Standard or DHL Express. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. During busy sale periods orders may take up to 2-5 business days to be processed and dispatched. Once dispatched, allow an additional 1-3 business days for domestic deliveries. Jiwa is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party delivery companies.
